Do you ever feel like the two seconds you have to wait hovering your mouse over the time in order to see the date is two seconds too long?
Well then you’re just like me. And today I got me a solution:
(If you find that you have a day-of-the-week artefact, like “Wed Wed, Aug 15″check step 7 re: clock settings such as Show the day of the week.)
And you can dress it up, like my little guy (below), with pipes in it. Looks like it could be fun to see what other variables you could chuck in there as well. I added “week in month” because I always forget where I am in relation to the end of the month (usually by thinking I’m in week 2 for about 3 weeks, which is The Bad).
I have optimized my day by 2 seconds x the number of times I check the date in a day (which is, sadly, a lot). Then frittered that time away by blogging about it… Huh. Living in the future is hard.
